Practicing the Names: Part 1
Sat Nam Instruction for Self Realization
It seems so simple. Chanting the Divine Names of God requires no ritual, no tools, nothing at all... besides pure devotion. Yet, the result is complete liberation-- moksha, enlightenment, bliss.
A mantra can be found anywhere on the internet. But to find someone who has directly received Name and offers transmission as well as personal mentoring, this is a rare thing. I hope, at the very least, that you find this Practicing the Names series helpful in terms of meditative calm. At most, I pray you find yourself changed and ultimately awake.
This mini-lecture includes a one on one talk with Sekayi, after completion of both part 1 and part 2.
P.S. This sloka with extended breathing technique is priceless for pushing past stressors and gaining higher guidance. Enjoy.
Duration of video lecture: Under 5 minutes
Initiated into the Practice of the Names in the dreamtime by her Guru and guides, Sekayi offers insight from her personal experience in an effort to help seekers, especially women, realize the truth of liberation and enlightenment. When a woman awakens, everything around her flourishes.
Once turned away from spiritual help for lack of finances, Sekayi promises these teachings will always be easily accessible regardless of income or status. While it can be said she is a child of Mami Wata & Mahavidya, and familiar with various deific forms, she prefers to teach without cultural boundaries in honor of the diverse teachings she has received from various guides.
